【讓妳的美，猶如天生】割雙眼皮＆開眼頭
第一次見到來自新加坡的Ｙ小姐，給我們的印象就是：知性、明亮、大方且外向，舉手投足散發著火熱的異國風情。
這麼自信且優雅的Ｙ，一直以來卻都因為無神的眼睛感到困擾。
因為遠在五小時飛行之外的新加坡，找上楊菘宇院長的她，在手術幾個月前，便先藉由線上文字及照片往來的方式，討論要如何改善她的煩惱。透過一對一的線上服務，楊院長給予Ｙ小姐的建議是：割雙眼皮及開眼頭。
楊菘宇院長：「因為Ｙ小姐的眼皮壓住睫毛，我建議她可以採用割雙眼皮的方式去改善狀況，可以讓睫毛翻出來、往外翹，擁有彷彿燙了睫毛般的效果。除了眼頭有蒙古折，她還有眼距較開、眼睛較短的問題，所以我另外建議Ｙ小姐可以開眼頭，將眼睛的長度適度拉長，也讓眼睛比例分配更加接近黃金比例。」

I had my double eyelid surgery in December 2019, and had an awesome experience and results!
2019年的12月，我來到楊菘宇整形外科診所進行我的雙眼皮手術。手術的過程讓我感到很舒適、對成果也非常滿意！
The results speak for itself - I have received countless compliments which I credit entirely to the expert skills and aesthetic views of Dr. Yang and his team. My double eyelids gave me an appearance that is not only natural but also energetic and finally I can say, I have eyes that sparkles.
手術的成功不需要我自己多說，在完成了我的雙眼皮手術、回到新加坡後，我收到無數的讚美和驚嘆，而這一切都必須要歸功於楊菘宇院長及他的醫療團隊，他們的專業技術、美感角度，都是成就這項成功手術的關鍵原因。現在我的雙眼皮不僅看起來很自然，宛如天生，更讓我的外表充滿了活力！現在，我終於可以說，我有一雙會閃閃發光的眼睛！
Having flown into Taipei for face to face consultation and then surgery next day, I was definitely feeling a little apprehensive and nervous. Dr. Yang was very assuring and confident - that relaxes me. The service provided by his team of nurses and staff were impeccable and very personable. The environment was also very private and comfortable.
其實大老遠從新加坡飛到台北，經過一對一的面診、立即安排隔日的手術時間，不得不說我還是很擔心而且也很緊張。但在整個溝通到手術的過程中，楊院長都非常的自信、讓人安心且覺得可靠，這一切都讓我漸漸放鬆下來。而楊院長團隊的整個服務過程，無論是接待、醫美護理師，都很貼心、讓人覺得舒服，真的無可挑剔。而整個院所的環境也是非常有隱密性且舒適的！
Surgery happened under local anaesthesia and was quick - entering and leaving the clinic within an hour I believe. Even though I was entirely awake during the surgery, the mood in the theatre was light and enjoyable. The team also constantly ensured that I was feeling fine and happy.
手術採用局部麻醉的方式進行，而且完成速度也相當的快，從我進到診所（手術室）到離開診所應該不超過一個小時。雖然整個過程我都是清醒的（總感覺讓人緊張），但手術室的整體環境都很明亮且歡快，整個過程中醫療團隊們也不斷再三跟我確認我是否有任何不適、是否沒問題。
Post surgery, there were some swelling and bruising around the incision which was within expectation. What was surprising for me, there was no pain at all except the feel of tension from the swelling. I did not require any painkiller medication, and kept to icing, regular cleaning and application of antiseptic/antibacterial cream as with any normal wound care.
手術後，想當然的，我有瘀青也有腫漲，但都是沿著傷口的部分，也都在預期之內。但讓我覺得非常驚訝的是，我完全沒有疼痛感，只有因為腫脹而產生的緊緊的拉扯感。我跟診所說不需要止痛藥，但術後我持續的在冰敷，也很勤勞的在傷口清潔並塗抹診所給的抗菌/抗炎藥膏，其實跟一般在照顧傷口是沒什麼不同的。
In fact, I was feeling so normal, I met up with my Taiwanese friends for dinner the same day and went out shopping for snacks for the staff before I went back for my review the next day.
事實上術後我覺得一切都很正常，我甚至在手術後當天就跟台灣的朋友們約了晚餐，我還去買了一些點心，好在隔日回診時一起送給醫療團隊們。
I flew back to Singapore on the 5th day and the rest is history. Without a doubt, Dr. Yang is my go to aesthetic surgeon!
術後第五天我就飛回新加坡了。無庸置疑的，楊菘宇院長絕對是我命定的整形外科醫師！
